Tucson is the mirror image of her dam Dolly. This was the last kidding for Dolly so we chose to keep Tucson. Tucson is a long doe that is very level. We were hoping she would inherit her dam's capacious udder and her sire's correct conformation of udders. We are very happy with the way Tucson's udder turned out. Would like to see bigger teats but the rest is pretty perfect. First freshening udder pictures below.
Update: Tucson's milk test didn't result in a star, but she had 12% butter fat. We were impressed. Next year as a second freshener we will try again.
